Our factory locates in Nanjing,which is the production base of co-rotating twin screw extruder in China.We have been doing OEM for Coperion,Berstoff since 2005.Our sales network cover more than 28 provinces in China and extend to south east Asia,middle east Asia,east Europe,etc. SM Platek ,Taiwan Continent Machinery Company and CYKF,GE plastic, LG chemistry,Dupont China,lanxess China are our customers.We can do parts for machines from Coperion,Berstorff,Leistritz,Theysohn,Buss,JSW,Toshiba,etc.
We use high quality material,domestic and imported for your choice.Domestic material like W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2) ,Cr12MoV(D2);imported material from Kenna metal,which is our cooperated company,for example,we import material like X245,very high wear resistance, Coperion calls it WP15,Berstorff calls it Z44.
Customer's requirement could be met with selected high quality materials,by introducing German heat treatment technology,which is the same with Coperion,Berstorff. processed by advanced CNC center, carried out by strict inspection.Our HRC can reach to 59-62.
